About Karen

Our founder and remedial therapist Karen has years of experience in this industry locally and internationally.

Karen grew up as a local in the Croydon area after spending some years in the hospitality, retail and mining industries. Karen then found her passion for helping people in remedial, relaxation and pregnancy massage therapy.

Karen brings a different approach to remedial massage therapy as she believes the entire body is connected and works accordingly. You may come in with a sore foot or neck however the pain may originate from elsewhere in the body or even from one of life’s many stresses.

Karen will mix treatments with relaxation massage as well as remedial massage depending on the needs of you, the client.

A wide range of techniques is available to Karen including cupping, dry needling or electrotherapy needling depending on the need.

Karen holds certification for remedial, relaxation, pregnancy massage, cupping, dry needling, electrotherapy needling, bamboo massage, hot stone therapy and Reiki healing.
